Regency Auto is committed to conducting business in a way which incorporates ethical, environmental, and social considerations. Sustainable and responsible procurement is one of the cornerstones of this commitment. Consequently, we expect our suppliers to adhere to the following principles:
1. FAIR & RESPECTED
● Employment: Voluntary employment only.
● Child Labour: Zero tolerance for exploitive labour practices.
● Working Conditions: Employees must be paid fair wages and benefits. Hours must comply with legal working limits.
● Freedom and Equality: Employees are treated fairly, without discrimination, harassment, or abuse.
2. SAFE
● Workspaces: Working spaces are safe, healthy, and fit for purpose.
● Living Spaces: Living spaces (dorms, canteens, childcare facilities) are safe, healthy, and fit for purpose.
● Emergency Preparedness: Plans are in place for emergencies and accidents.
● Health & Hygiene Hazards: Occupational health and hygiene hazards are managed; employees receive training on
safety procedures and hazard awareness.
3. SUSTAINABLE
● Environmental: Air emissions, water usage, and waste are managed.
● Water: Water is valued, and chemicals are properly managed.
● Land: Environmental footprint is minimized; waste is appropriately handled.
● Resources: Resources are conserved, and waste is minimized.
● Sustainable Practices: Sustainable sourcing and production methods are used.
4. ETHICAL
● Compliance: Adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
● Integrity & Transparency: Business is conducted with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
● Anti-Corruption: Bribery, corruption, or unethical practices are not acceptable.
● Conflicts of Interest: Any conflicts of interest with Regency Auto must be disclosed.
